Our London office is currently recruiting for Human Resources Business Partner on a 12 month FTC.

The People & Culture Business Partner team offer a proactive, collaborative and strategic service to

business leaders; supporting them with building, tailoring and delivering their people & culture strategy.

They use data-driven insights to ensure each business unit/department is driving the greatest value from and to the workforce which supports our cultureand increases engagement.

In collaboration with the central EMEA Talent Team, the People & Culture Business Partner is accountable for delivering the talent management agenda for their client group and supporting leaders in building a healthy, diverse andsustainable talent pipeline.


The Role

  • Partner with business leaders to support them in achieving their objectives by defining and executing the people and culture priorities for their teams
  • Work in partnership with and effectively collaborate with teams across the People and Culture department and wider business services areas to achieve business goals in an efficient and streamlined way for the business
  • Build key stakeholder relationships and understand the business impact of people decisions
  • Persuade and influence key stakeholders by proactively leveraging data and analytics to draw insights and use these to influence their client base as well as to inform appropriate solutions
  • Provide insightful challenges where required and deliver people and culture plans that enhance productivity and enable people and business growth
  • Focus on building and delivering futurefocused people plans that supports the creation of diverse and sustainable talent pipelines
  • Possess a deep understanding of their client group and their business priorities, challenges and talent needs
  • Advocate and drive the diversity & inclusion agenda within their client groups and work closely with the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) team to drive forward DE&I initiatives and action plans
  • Drive the culture and engagement agenda for their respective client group; articulate the business case for engagement, advise and coach business leaders on driving organisational values and culture and ultimately raising engagement
  • Be able to offer forwardthinking, commercial, creative, and pragmatic solutions to employee relations issues
  • Stays uptodate on external market patterns and practices and emerging trends in people and culture to build creative and cost effective solutions for clients
  • In conjunction with Centres of Excellence support the attraction & retention of the best people for our organisation. Scouts, coaches and effectively manages talent in an integrated way anticipating future business needs
  • In conjunction with business leaders, put measures into place to identify, nurture and develop employees that show the potential to fill existing and future leadership positions and strategically build a talent pipeline to support future needs
  • Expert in HR advice and the delivery of quality employee services. Will work in collaboration with and support the People Experience team, where required, in meeting operational business priorities
  • Be a change ambassador, build a culture of innovation through boldly challenging the status quo and providing future focused solutions, partnering in an agile way
  • Proactively suggests and lead on projects that support the wider people and culture strategic priorities. Is delivery focused, with a real emphasis on execution of projects within budget and on time.
  • Innovate have a continuous improvement mindset and put forward ideas for new and better ways of working and supporting our clients
  • Focus on continuing professional development by seeking opportunities to engage with learning and development resources to ensure up to date knowledge and skills

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong academic background and relevant professional qualifications (ideally MCIPD)
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic and innovative HR services and solutions
  • Professional services / partnership experience useful but not essential
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, persuade, challenge and influence Effectively
  • Commercially astute, forwardthinking and pragmatic
  • Highly proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment in which business priorities
