Salary:
£18,589 - £20,493

Full-time
Days/Week: 5 days, Monday to Friday
Hours: 9 am to 3 pm
Qualifications:
None required (this is your foot in the door)

None needed (but if you've got some, that's the cherry on top)

you, as an Unqualified Behaviour Mentor, will be the guardian angel for kids who've hit a bump in their mainstream school journey.
Your mission? To be their sidekick, their cheerleader, and their guiding light as they navigate the world of education.It's all about that 1-to-1 connection, creating a safe space where they can thrive, and sprinkling a little fun into the mix.
About the Site:
You won't be tied down to one place - oh no, you may be heading to multiple sites, each one a hub of possibility.
Type of Contract:
Once you've aced the interview, it's a permanent contract for you. No more uncertainty - just a steady path towards making a real difference in these kids' lives.

You've got to be a creative genius, an open book, and a beacon of positivity.Your background? We're open to all sorts - nursery nurses, support workers, care assistants, teaching assistants, behaviour specialsits, you name it.
As long as you've got that fire in your belly to help these kids grow and be the best they can be, you're exactly who we're looking for.

£13.50 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Do you understand that this is a term timeonly contract, salary between £18,500 £20,400 pro rata with 13 weeks off (unpaid)?
