Do you have previous client -facing experience working for a IFA/ Wealth Management firm?

Recruit UK are working on an opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join a well-established IFA firm in Bristol.

They are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis working around 24 hours a week.

This is a home-based role, but you would be required to go into the office a maximum of once a week.


You would be assisting with client facing administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations of the team therefore would need previous IFA Administration/ Wealth Management experience.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Submitting new business
  • Organising letters of authority
  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Creating annual review packs
  • General administrative support

Skills and experience required:
