Summary
The Completions Lead is responsible for the coordination of the completion activities of the Woodsmith project as required by the Commissioning and Completions Manager.

Scope of Work
The Completions Lead:
- Study and be familiar with the relevant drawings, scope of work, specifications, materials and equipment schedules.
- Take direction from the Planning Lead to ensure that the sequencing of work is achieved to deliver the agreed schedule.
- Liaise with the Quality Assurance & Completions and Commissioning Manager to understand the commissioning sequence and commissioning system boundaries.
- Obtain necessary information from Engineering, Procurement and others to ensure completion methodologies are sustainable and understood by Vendors, Suppliers and the like and will support the commissioning sequence.
- Review the Subcontractor's Inspection and Test Plans for completion methodologies and, in conjunction with the Project team approve (or otherwise) such submissions.
- Understand the Completions Procedure in conjunction with the Commissioning Manager, QA/QC Leads and site supervisors.
- Ensure that the Completions Database is accurately and adequately populated.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to demonstrate compliance with the phased release of completed construction work, via the Completions System.

QA Requirements
- Services the Completions Database and ensures reflects the state of construction completion.

HSSE Requirements
- Actively promotes and supports implementation of project safety culture, practices and procedures.

Engineering Requirements
- A suitable HSE qualification or suitable experience.
- A suitable qualification or suitable experience for the role.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in similar roles.
- Proven experience of managing and operating proprietary Completion Software System(s).
- Computer literate (MS Office components).
