Robertson Bell are delighted to be supporting this Charity to recruit a Finance Manager on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.

The head office is based in South Wales, operating on a highly attractive hybrid working pattern.

The Finance Manager's key responsibilities will include:

Line managing the finance team, providing them with support and training as well as overseeing the finance functions.
Oversight of budgets and management accounts and providing final sign off.
Helping with the system migration, providing support to the Accounts Payable function.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on and managing a team. This is a fast-paced environment, that also offers a friendly and social, work culture.

Experience line managing serval employees, preferably within a notforprofit organisation.
An adaptable and flexible mindset, that enjoys problem solving.
Recent experience working in a similar role, having prepared the management accounts.
Used financial accounting softwares and Excel in previous roles, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, formulas and pivot tables.
