Full-Time, Permanent hours per week


Shifts:12 hours shift


Rate of pay:
£ £16.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

On a daily basis they are required to work as a team to manage and deliver person centred care according to

  • Policies and procedures of cedar care
  • Care standards and regulations
  • General social care council


As Care Coordinator they will be responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of care for a group of residents.


  • To work under the direction and guidance of the Senior Nurse
  • Develops friendly and respectful relationships with Residents.
  • Enables Resident's to maintain their wellbeing by planning and ensuring the implementation of care according to their choices or best interests.
  • Leads by example of excellent attitude and care practices.
  • Manages the care of allocated Residents.
  • Manage the performance of allocated Named Carer.

Required Skills:

Applicants must have completed a full-time degree in Nursing or Psychology or:
Have completed NVQ Level 4 (or above) in Health and Social Care.


Essential Skills:


Applicants need to have extensive experience as a Care Assistant or Named Carer for a minimum period of 4-5 years in the UK.

Worked as Care Team Leaders in the UK for a minimum period of 2 years.


Desirable Skills:

It would be desirable for applicants to have knowledge on medication administration. Training would be provided.


Applicants who can adapt well to working as a team and independently and who have good verbal and written communication.
