KB Trades are urgently seeking a Cleaner for part time, long term work on a site in Thornaby, Stockton on Tees.

Standard working hours will be between 7.30am to 4.30pm. Hours are flexible, you will be required 2 hours a day. Works will commence on Monday 22nd May.

Essential requirements for this role:
A valid CSCS card is preferred but not essential, PPE, previous cleaning experience and be able to provide references from a previous Manager (ideally from a contract you have completed within the past 3 months)

You MUST be reliable, hard working, be able to work to instruction and as part of a team.

Daily duties will include:
Cleaning Site Cabins

Site clearance

Cleaning the toilets

Cleaning/sweeping up

& any other duties as directed by the Site Manager

Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
