Description

Objective
The objective of an administrator is to support the N+P Group and site(s) by managing administration activity.


Carry out ad-hoc site critical tasks from front line administration tasks through to fundamental procurement purchase activity that underpins the day to day operation of the site.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities (impact, complexity, communication)

The most important tasks, activities and responsibilities (RASCI):

  • Ensure site administration activity is completed in a timely manner
  • Support the management team with meetings incl minute taking
  • Managing adhoc site visitor activity with the relevant manager
  • Lead site based data and reporting activity
  • Working with temp workers supplier to log hours worked
  • Owning site holiday and absence reporting to N+P central systems with the relevant manager(s)
  • Process and order relevant site items / services backed up through the N+P procurement process
  • Cooperation with all internal departments
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

Main Requirements & Experience
The main job requirements are

  • FMCG multitask general administration experience
  • Data & information reporting with integrity and diligence
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook

Salary:
£18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
