SH Recruitment have an exciting opening for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Team.
SH Recruitment are a successful independent recruitment agency, based in Leamington Spa which means like many other agencies we are not confined by geographical and sector boundaries This effectively means we give you total autonomy to win the business youwant

Duties will include:

  • To supply industrial staff to temporary vacancies
  • To develop and grow the temporary business through targeted sales calls and client visits to acquire and build new
business relationships as well as maintain existing business.

  • Make predetermined targeted sales calls
  • Attend client visits to acquire new business
  • Negotiate terms of business and rates in line with approved gross margin
  • Advertising of all vacancies in line with company policy
  • Ensure compliance and legislation at all times
  • You will be selfmotivated, responsible and able to act on your initiative
  • Be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
It is essential to this position that you have a full UK driving license and your own vehicle.

Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary £22,500 - £30,000 (Negotiable)
Monthly Commission (OTE £35,000 Plus)

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday - 08:00 am till 16:30 pm
