Description
Broughton Plant Hire & Sales are looking to recruit a full-time permanent Hire Desk Controller, to help our busy and fast paced tool hire depot providing very high standards of customer services.
Key responsibilities:

Ensure accurate order processing with all hires and off hires
-
Dealing with any customer queries
-
Liaise with drivers where necessary to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers on time and efficiently
Key knowledge, skills, and experience
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Experience of working in a fast paced operational structure is desirable.

Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner.

Demonstrate commercial awareness

Ability to work under pressure and using your initiative
