Role:
Motor Fleet Underwriter

Location:
Hybrid between Home and Formby

Working hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm

Salary:
£23,690

What you will be doing:

Respond to enquiries from clients, agents, and underwriters in a courteous and helpful manner, ensuring that all information required is obtained and communicated.
Responsible for rating of New Business and Renewal risks, working within parameters set out by Haven.
Production of monthly renewals lists for the overall account, to allow for a smoother invite process.
Production of CCE's & claims analysis within allocated timeframes.
Ensuring that all quotation logs/folders are kept accurate and up to date.
Responsible for monthly production of postcode analysis, to assist with Direct division's field strategy.
Responsible for monthly production of Granite division's support stats, to assist with tracking support volumes.
Production of occasional forecast/historical reports to assist with project work.
Assist other team members when required.

What we're looking for:

Competency in all Microsoft elements, but particularly in Excel.
Experience in Underwriting is preferable, but not essential.
A confident and driven individual who's capable of thinking "on the spot".
We're a department of 14 in totality, so the ability to work well within a smaller team is key.
The standard punctual, good attendance and good work ethic can also be factored in.
