About Lemon8

Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day.

Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including food, fashion, beauty, skincare, travel, and more.

People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments, and sharing.

Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.


We are looking for a talented, hard-working individual to join the Lemon8 project, supporting the development of the UK Creator Community.

This will be a multifaceted role with a chance to be part of a brand new ByteDance app. This is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and already has an understanding of the UK market.


Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently juggle multiple tasks with internal parties such as creator partnership managers, social media managers and related admin stakeholders
  • Coordinate 3rd parties including agencies and partners
  • Support financial management, including processing contracts and invoicing
  • Scout potential creators and research emerging trend opportunities across multiple categories
  • Assist with event organisation and execution, working closely with all relevant internal and external parties
  • Collate data on creator performance and trends, distilling insights that help to improve our marketing campaigns

Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate course in marketing, communications, the arts (including fashion/beauty), or in a similar field
  • Available to start in February 202
  • Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week (parttime)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with demonstrated problemsolving skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to craft engaging marketing content
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software; i.e Canva, MailChimp, Excel, and confident with data research
