    Senior Events Co-ordinator

    We are seeking a skilled Senior Events Co-ordinator to join our team at De Vere Tortworth Court, a stunning hotel located in South Gloucestershire. As a key member of our events planning team, you will play a vital role in converting meeting and event enquiries into bookings, showcasing our venue through showrounds, and helping clients plan every detail of their event.

    • Showcasing our venue through showrounds;
    • Helping clients plan every detail of their event;
    • Working effectively with our operational team to deliver exceptional events;

    The successful candidate will have:

    ">
    • Event planning/co-ordination experience ideally from within a hotel or events venue;
    • A passion for events and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences for our guests;
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships;
    • Confidence using IT software, with familiarity with Opera software being beneficial but not essential;
