RIM Artium LLP are Facilities Maintenance Contractor carrying out planned and reactive maintenance with community Councils and Housing Associations

We are recruiting for experienced
Multi Trade Operatives to join our existing refurbishments team on a full time, permanent basis.

The position will require experience in the following areas

:

Carpentry
Flooring
Plaster Patching
Painting and Decorating
Roofing
Basic Plumbing
Basic Electrical

Applicants must hold a minimum of

:

A strong background experience of Joinery/Carpentry for a minimum of 1 year.
Have previous experience operating in a similar role.
Highly desired are additional multiskilled capabilities in these areas brickwork masonry, tiling, windows and locksmithing.
The Person
MUST be able and willing to work Monday
Friday the core hours of 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and
variably work an oncall out of hours ROTA.

The Person will have the ability to work within a team or to your own initiative as the site conditions dictate.
This Person needs to have a level of customer service skills as the you will be required to interact with tenants and clients.
Own tools and equipment to perform the trade for which you are applying.
RIM Artium LLP will provide the operative with a company van and fuel in order for you to travel to the different sites.

Health and Safety responsibilities

:

You will be required to follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
Report any issues or training needs to your site supervisor.
RIM Artium LLP will provide a uniform to the operative and a full set of PPE as necessary for the duties. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that the PPE is worn at all times when on client premises.
