Brayleys Cars Limited are seeking enthusiastic, committed people to join their successful aftersales teams across it's Honda, KIA, Mazda, Renault and Dacia businesses in London and the Home Counties.


We are currently recruitung for a warranty administrator to join our busy Honda and Kia service department based at our Enfield deaalership.

What does a Warranty Administrator actual do in Automotive Retail?

  • Liase with the service desk, technicians and manager to ensure the correct paperwork administration.
  • In putting warranty claims into manufacturer systems and generating invoices.
  • Adhering to manufacturer policies to maintian robust processes that will hold up during an audit.
  • Effective time management to stay on top of a constant flow of work being generated by a busy department.
  • Adhere to Brayleys and industry regulations

Do I need experience?

Is training provided?
We invest in you from day one. Newly recruited Warranty Admoinistrators undergo a full induction into the role.

This is topped up with manufacturer training to ensure their knowledge of products and options is kept up to date.
