Senior Manager, Accounts Payable & Receivable


Our finance and accounting teams play an instrumental part in supporting Hologic to deliver sustainable profitable growth for our business.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an
Accounts Payable Transformation Lead to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be to lead exciting new projects, process improvements, and training

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Define areas requiring process improvement and drive implementation across the business.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of new solutions and business integrations
  • Escalation point for the wider team regarding technical problems
  • Documenting processes for wider team training
  • Management of a small team. Responsibilities will include coaching, mentoring, regular 1to1's, and an annual review process.
  • Oversee Travel & Expenses function including the audit of expense claims and management of the Corporate Card Program
  • Deputize for Snr AP & AR Manager during absences.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • Advanced knowledge of AP processes and associated software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, often with tight deadlines.
  • An ability to challenge the status quo to drive improvements.
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the team.
