£60,000 - £75,000


Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a financial services organisation, on the recruitment of a Reward Analyst.


Working closely with the Senior Strategic People Partner, Reward Manager and HR Operations Manager, the role has responsibility for the production and analysis of all relevant people MI; ensuring that their people data and insights are timely, accurate andinsightful - for both internal and external reporting purposes.


Duties:


  • Produce and develop the monthly and quarterly management information reports for People Services, working with the wider People Services team to ensure the integrity of system data
  • Develop and maintain all employee data required during the annual performance and pay review process
  • Support the Senior Strategic People Partner and Reward Manager with completion of the Women in Finance and Gender Pay Gap submission
  • Maintain an audit trail of changes in roles and corresponding benchmark data, identifying where changes result in inconsistent benchmarks across the organisation
  • Support the development and maintenance of new MI for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives

You will have/need:

  • Understanding of the role of a RemCo is important.
  • Ability to priorities work and balance multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build formal and informal networks across an organisation, and leverage the knowledge and relationships to enhance and improve the MI produced.
  • Commercially aware and able to balance risk and benefits when proposing solutions and providing advice.
This is a Hybrid role, with 2 days a week in their West Sussex office.

The salary on offer is £60,000 - £75,000.
