Description
Our client is a well established independent provider of premium coffee, drinks and snack solutions. They are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding service team in Wallingford.


The client is focused on premium office coffee solutions, and they offer a range of innovative and premium machines to professional businesses across the area.


You will be a core part of the team, responsible for the accurate logging and processing of service calls plus other general admin duties.

You will ideally have worked within a customer support position previously, have an excellent eye for detail and a confidence in dealing with external clients and contractors by telephone.


Responsibilities

  • The core role the support of the Service desk team will include:
  • To take ownership of logging, processing and closing a customer service calls
  • Identifying chargeable calls and raising sales invoices.
  • Posting purchase invoices
  • Resolve customer queries
Checking engineer worksheets; ensuring data is accurately recorded on Management system

  • Worksheet filing
  • Working with external contractors to ensure that customer service calls are picked and attended to in line with company required by date
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages in the service process
  • Action operators and engineers attendance to a service requests
