Tasks as a Marketing and Events Executive include, but are not limited to:

Support the PR & Marketing Manager
Holmes Hotel and team members in planning, coordinating, and delivering the hotels calendar of events
Identify and coordinate new partnership opportunities including collaborations, events, enquiries, networking, databases and channels to market
Develop and deliver the campaign calendar
Provide and schedule, where relevant and applicable, content for all channels, including social media, CRM and other relevant channels.
Communication, tracking and distribution of Marketing & Event efforts and results
Actively participate in Marketing, PR and Operational meetings where required and take minutes when appropriate
To support the wider marketing team on the hotel launch, developments and ongoing activations
Actively participate in partner meetings where required and communicate region's messaging to stakeholders
Assist the hotel PR & Marketing team with creating and executing yearly goals, tracking progress of those goals and presenting results
Support the hotel and UK marketing team with updating and auditing the hotels and restaurants standalone websites with current and uptodate content
Working closely with the company's wider Marketing Team to ensure all messaging and initiatives are in line with the Brand's strategy and standards
Providing overall support where/when required to the Hotels, PPHE and Regional Teams as and when required
Coordinate, support and assist on photoshoots, filming and/or various other content shoots
Support the Restaurant & Bars Marketing Team in executing and delivering their scheduled activity
