Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve set targets for the team and maximise all revenue opportunities
- To carry out viewings, appraisals and and actively seek and develop new business in order to maximise fee income
- To screen and evaluate tenant references and credit searches, ensure all tenant fees are recorded and collected and monitor key records.
- To oversee and update the mailing list and ensure that the office environment is tidy and organised at all times
- Assisting with ongoing management of the property portfolio
- Relaying all policy and systems changes quickly and accurately.
- Ensuring check ins, check outs and inventories are conducted
- Referencing of tenants
- To maintain a knowledge of the Lettings industry, all relevant legislation, the local marketplace and a wider commercial awareness.
- To liaise with other departments whilst reporting to the Lettings Manager and to promote the interests of the Company in general at all times.
The Individual:
- Previous lettings experience or similar
- Proven track record in generating new business
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide first class customer service
- A motivated team player
- Ambitious and results oriented
- Resilient and positive attitude
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- A strong customer focus
- Desire to meet and exceed targets

- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
- Arithmetic and English competence
- Ideally ARLA (or equivalent) trained
- Full driving licence
We are looking for individuals to maintain the high standards we pride ourselves on whist pushing the business forward to expand and grow even further.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
