Accounts AdministratorDue to growth and expansion R&E Falkingham Joinery Ltd are looking for a Accounts Administrator.
Working as part of the office Team, the successful Accounts administrator will support the business and the management team with a range of accounts, including dministrative duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales invoicing and matching supplier / purchase invoices.
- Answering the phone where required
- Adhoc duties relating to housekeeping of data on accounts including Administration support to the team
- Maintain and update a range of records systems or databases to ensure records are accurate
- Administration tasks and communication with internal departments.
- Administrating and accurately recording absences, ensuring appropriate returntowork processes are followed and documentation received and providing the necessary information for payroll purposes
Required Skills or experience
- Experience in Sage one and line 50 Accounts System or similar system
- A period of practical experience in administration
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word
- Good organisational skills
