Accounts Administrator

Due to growth and expansion R&E Falkingham Joinery Ltd are looking for a Accounts Administrator.

Working as part of the office Team, the successful Accounts administrator will support the business and the management team with a range of accounts, including dministrative duties.


Key responsibilities:


  • Sales invoicing and matching supplier / purchase invoices.
  • Answering the phone where required
  • Adhoc duties relating to housekeeping of data on accounts including Administration support to the team
  • Maintain and update a range of records systems or databases to ensure records are accurate
  • Administration tasks and communication with internal departments.
  • Administrating and accurately recording absences, ensuring appropriate returntowork processes are followed and documentation received and providing the necessary information for payroll purposes

Required Skills or experience

  • Experience in Sage one and line 50 Accounts System or similar system
  • A period of practical experience in administration
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word
  • Good organisational skills
Additional hours will be required for holiday cover, with the potenital for a increase in hours long term.

From £9.60 per hour
