Level 2 swimming Instructor and Swim Coach

Qualifications:

Coaching Swimming:
Swimming Coach Certificate or Level 2 Award/ Level 2 swimming instructor/ Parent and child level 2
Working Hours:Part time
Location:Caerphilly
Salary:
£20-£30 per hour depending on experience.

CWAC CWAC'S are passionate about inspiring our babies and toddlers gain water confidence and learn valuable life saving skills from birth with our fun, imaginative and interactive Swimming lessons.

We ensure that all our lessons are packed with activities to promote independence but also be a part of a wider family.

Always looking for improvement and a positive attitude
Well organised, comfortable with teaching and developing their own lessos.

Club management:
Approximately 10-16 hours/week training across all classes.
Oversee delivery of the Swim Wales learn to swim programme
Work with myself and other teachers to oversee: session plans, swimmer improvement, personal plans etc.

Leadership:
Active engagement as a member of the team in setting the schools direction
Effective communication within the team


Job Types:

Salary:
£20.00-£30.00 per hour
