Qualifications & experience:
The applicant will have attended an approved Risk Assessment course, City & Guilds or equivalent.
Ideally will hold the WH004 qualification in hot and cold-water systems.
Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and carrying out L8 risk assessments within the water treatment industry.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Duties will include:
Servicing of hot and cold-water systems, chemical tank cleans, temperature monitoring, cooling towers, chlorination, etc.
Conducting risk assessments in accordance with the ACOP L8 guidelines across a range of commercial, industrial and residential properties.
Collating and producing comprehensive reports.
Writing up KPI's.
Shower cleans and descales.
Legionella sampling.
Liaising with clients at all levels.
You will be a strong team player with a positive working attitude.
