£19,100 - £21,012 per annum depending on experience

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Location:
Hybrid working - Exeter Library and homeworking

We have an exciting vacancy for a full time HR Assistant to join our HR & Volunteering Team.

This role will provide administrative support, as well as initial advice to managers and staff across all areas of HR, including employee relations, training anddevelopment, payroll, administration and recruitment.


We are looking for someone who has strong organisational and communication skills, and who consistently demonstrates excellent levels of customer service.

This is a great role for someone who wants to develop their career in HR, or even for someone keento start out, as there will be opportunities to build your skills and knowledge as part of a small team, and take on more complex work with the support of the HR Advisor and HR Manager.

Libraries Unlimited is an independent charity running 54 libraries across Devon and Torbay, as well as 4 mobile libraries and a range of other services including; 2 FabLabs, and 5 Business and Intellectual Property Centres.

We have about 380 members of staffworking across our multiple locations.
