Following the creation of a new senior Estates leadership team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic construction professional at University Hospitals Birmingham in a new role as Associate Director of Capital Building and Construction to develop their career at the largest healthcare trust in the country in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

You will create and lead a team of professional staff responsible for major development work including the refurbishment, renewal and construction of new health care facilities spanning a 10 year programme anticipated to be in the range of m across all of our acute sites.
