Groups and activities Organiser
Castle School of English is recruiting a motivated and well organised Groups and activities Organiser to join the team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who loves working as part of a team and has a positive attitude.
This job would suit a person who has good people skills and a good level of English (at least C1).
Administration duties:
Registration/Enrolment
- To provide prospective students with the appropriate forms and documents.
- Manage customer service/ administrative service feedback for groups(initial /final).
- Assist with student induction.
- Entering new student information data on our administration system.
- Assist with student support/ welfare.
- Inform the Centre Manager if any duties cannot be performed, explain the problem and provide at least one possible solution.
- Recruit and train activity leaders as deemed appropriate.
- Help/cover front desk when needed.
- Have the emergency phone on a rota basis.
Groups and activities organiser:
- Point of contact for group teachers and group leaders
- Oversee organisation of accommodation for group students and group leaders
- Arrange group transfers and taxis
- Organise group programme
- Organise all year round programme and promote it
- Ensure the DOS is aware of special course content where necessary (ie. special requests for career development workshops etc.)
- Actively investigate potential areas of growth within the groups department (internships, company visits) and implementation of additional viable projects
- Keep a record of costing for groups
- Assist the Customer Support Manager with quotes and pricing
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Capable of using your own initiative.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Minimum of 2 administration experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- DBS clearance.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude.
- You should have excellent customer service, accurate and efficient data entry skills and excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of working with children/teenagers between the age of 12 and 1
- Experience working in a language school.
- Current valid First Aid certificate.
- DBS check.
- Child Protection training.
- Experience of working in a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of IT.

Education
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Language: - Knowledge of other languages is preferred.

Pay depending on experience.
