Following the retirement of the previous postholder a rare opportunity has arisen for an Operational Lead for All Age Continuing Care Services in Bradford & Craven.

This post will be at the forefront of developing the Continuing Care Service to meet the needs of the population of the city and for working with colleagues across the wider ICB

The post holder will be responsible for providing management and clinical leadership to a large team of healthcare and administrative professionals, delivering continuing care services to a wide range of service users, including children, young people, and adults with physical, mental health and learning disabilities.
