Business Development Manager - Healthcare Services

Pertemps Medical are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to support our 'Clinical Services' team based in our Bristol office.

We are a fast-growing division within Pertemps Medical who care about making a difference to our NHS customers and patients.

We are looking for a like-minded person to join us.

  • A sales focused role to support our growth strategy and delivery of sales and revenue targets
  • To grow our presence across the Healthcare sector (NHS Trusts, ICBs etc)
  • Prospecting appropriate contacts within an organisation, acquiring and generating new leads
  • Understand how our managed services can support NHS targets and be able to vocalise/present this to the client
  • Managing customer relationships for new and existing accounts
  • Work collaboratively and openly with all internal stakeholders
  • To keep uptodate with NHS plans and challenges within specialities

Skills
Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Initiative, confidence and good decisionmaking skills
  • IT proficient
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills
  • A strong track record in new business wins

Desirable:


  • Previous experience within the NHS and/or Healthcare sales

Benefits
Base salary with bonus potential OTE £30 - 50K
Annual Leave days 22 days per year plus additional day for birthday

Location and Hours
Office based in Portishead, Bristol.
Occasional travel for conferences etc
Hours - full-time or part-time considered
