A market-leading group of electrical products companies is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to build and manage relationships with B2B customers across the Midlands.

In this role, you'll be dividing your time between developing existing accountsand winning new customers across the area.

Responsibilities
You'll be joining a leading player in the supply, repair and calibration of electrical test equipment across the UK.

Despite their established position within their marketplace and year on year growth, the business has ambitious plans for expansion throughorganic growth, acquisitions and the support of their £1 billion turnover group.


As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Complete an initial training period (2-4 weeks) at the company's Head Office in Staffordshire
  • Develop and build on relationships with new and existing customers in the North of England
  • Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives
  • Present, communicate and sell to all levels of a varied and growing customer base key sectors include electrical contractors, local government, healthcare and manufacturing

Rewards

As an Area Sales Manager, you will receive:

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Have some B2B sales experience
  • Possess the drive to hit and exceed targets
  • Be a strong and ideally technicallyminded salesperson
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a natural flair for relationship building
  • A background in the electrical or electrical wholesale sector would be beneficial
