An experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX is wanted for a fantastic, client service driven opportunity with a highly regarded central London law firm.

Applications are invited from diligent and commercially minded Residential ConveyancingSolicitors with upwards of 4 years PQE acquired in a highly regarded London law firm, transactional know how will ideally be complemented by Islamic Finance insight and practical knowledge.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on demonstrable experience.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX will join a busy, specialist Property Law team acting for a HNW client base on the purchase of high value new build and sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold prime centralLondon Residential Real Estate.

Some finance and re-finance is also anticipated.

The day to day duties will vary in this often fast paced working environment, and include the drafting and issue of sales contracts, due diligence and title approval on purchaseand re-mortgage matters for client and lender, AML process and procedures, exchange of contracts to often tight deadlines and the facilitation of a smooth completion day.

A fantastic central London Residential Conveyancing role that is short listing this week with initial online interviews scheduled for next week.
