We are looking for Regional Leader Human Resources

  • EMEAI

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP AND SUPPORT

  • Understand the business strategy & priorities, the Global HR roadmap as well as the external environment in the region and translate all of this into an Integrated HR Strategy across Americas, in partnership with the Regional and Global HR Centers of Excellence / Shared Service Center;
  • Engage with Senior Stakeholders in the region (site + business leaders) and provide them with appropriate coaching and guidance with regards to organizational changes, critical workforce capability requirements, talent development, Culture transformation (TST, Core Values, DE&I etc.), etc.
  • Together with Site Leaders and key Business Leaders, create country/site identity and belongingness amongst employees.
  • Lead the delivery of initiatives and projects across the region (mergers & acquisitions, HR programs roll out, etc.) and provide overall support throughout the whole process for its successful completion.
  • Stay up to date with the highlights of the region (business activity, employee morale etc.) and get to know the key regional talents.
  • Understand, monitor key HR indicators in the region and use them appropriately for informing situations and taking decisions.
  • Drive key HR processes including performance management and merit planning; support business leaders for key business processes such as monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Effectively resolve directly complex HR situations within legal framework, as well as PerkinElmer Values.
  • Complies with labour law requirements and ensures adherence to requirements. Partner with internal / external legal counsel to anticipate legislation & impact for the company and follow through.
  • Directly support the Regional Commercial VP/GM.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Enable the team to operate effectively by providing them the appropriate knowledge, access to relevant information & tools and provide guidance on projects prioritization.
  • Focus on professional development of HR Talents across the region by providing coaching, development opportunities and training to ensure that they are equipped with the right skillset & drive.
  • Plan and manage HR regional headcount & budget according to plan.
REGIONAL HRLT / GLOBAL HRLT

  • Head up the EMEAI HR Leadership Team formed of direct / indirect HR leaders supporting EMEAI. Structure and lead HR Strategic & operational discussions, HR Talent Reviews and overall EMEAI HRLT efforts and engagement.
  • Partner with the Global HR community and contribute to the Global HR Leadership discussions.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources across the EMEAI region, including people management.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources
  • Labor law acumen across the EMEAI region. Proven trackrecord of establishing effective relationships with social partners.
  • Speaks multiple languages
  • Strong business & financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective ongoing partnerships through all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong strategic and systems thinker; process improvement orientation
  • Ability to operate well autonomously, demonstrate ownership and selfsufficiency for project management.
  • Datadriven and analytical thinker who can communicate concepts effectively to others
  • Possess innovative knowledge, a point of view, and the ability to influence leaders
  • Has a strong partnership and collaborative mindset, while thinking creatively about solutions to business objectives
  • A strong leader of global teams who can attract, hire, and stretch direct reports to reach new levels of performance
  • Ability and energy to engage and build relationships; viewed as a SME and a trusted advocate by all employees
  • Combine setting strategic direction with the ability to execute and the ability to "helicopter up and down" the continuum of activities in a global organization
