We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager. You will be working in Manchester (M22). This is looking to start ASAPMonday - Friday
07:30am - 16:30pm
Temp Contract (4 weeks)
Pay rate - £30ph via umbrella
Job Purpose
To take overall responsibility for the quality and operational day to day delivery of the building services, including but not limited to Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management, Landscaping, Postal Services and 3rdparty management
Main Duties
- Own the operational delivery, and within the scope of the contract specification manage the customer journey and day to day delivery of all services
- Local performance management of all services, driving excellence through regular auditing and service partner engagement
- Manage, monitor and report on the operational performance
- Have an awareness of any projects being undertaken which may have an impact on operational delivery, contract, or Vodafone risk
- Provide a key interface for the client and create excellent working relationships with internal customers, attending meetings where appropriat
- Challenge the status quo and be prepared to change processes and procedures to improve building and facilities management
- Support building user Customer Experience NPS survey, looking for opportunities to drive improved experience and overall scores
