Key Responsibilities:
Teacher Assistant Support:
Collaborate closely with teachers to provide valuable assistance in classroom activities and curriculum implementation, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience.
Efficient Telephone Management:
Professionally handle incoming calls, answering inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate personnel, and providing relevant information as required.
Content Entry and Management:
Enter educational content provided by teachers into our platform, ensuring accuracy and proper organization for seamless access by students and parents.
Online Engagement:
Utilize our online platform to engage with parents and students, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing updates on educational activities, thereby fostering a strong sense of community.
Parent-Student Communication:
Interact with parents and students via the online platform, fostering positive relationships, addressing concerns, and maintaining open lines of communication.
Marketing Initiatives:
Support marketing efforts by contributing ideas, content creation, and executing strategies to promote our educational services, helping to expand our reach and impact.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of
GCSEs at grade 6 or higher. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with computers and Office 365
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Salary:
£10.50-£14.00 per hour
