A global biotechnology company who are a market leader in their therapeutic area are looking for a Commercial Training Associate Director to join their team.
Covering international training programmes, you will be able to combine strategy creation/planning with operational training delivery.

A passion for training and experience in the provision of online and face to face training are essential in creating successin the role.


As Commercial Training Associate Director, you will be looking to work in a cross functional/matrix way building strong relationships with commercial teams to develop training programs for a specific therapy area.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training programs and materials to commercial teams with a focus on Hematology
  • Create training modules and onboarding curriculum in line with medical and regulatory guidance
  • Identify training needs from key stakeholders and develop effective strategies
  • Monitor current training trends in the pharmaceutical industry

Requirements:


  • Previous pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial training experience
  • Experience in adult education principles
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
