We save lives, be it the Emergency or Children's Air Ambulance our Helicopters and our operations teams ensure we are with people in their upmost time of need.

To keep our helicopters flying; our retail shops, fundraising teams and volunteers raise the much needed funds required.

Assistant Shop Manager

Hours: 20 hours per week

Wigston


Salary:
£10.90 per hour

As an Assistant Manager within The Air Ambulance Service, alongside your manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and improving profit through effective management, and motivation of your shop team and yourself on a daily basis.

Always exceeding customer expectations by providing the best service and standards on your high street.

Within TAAS we give you as a shop management, the trust, freedom and autonomy to manage your own shop and team.

We don't expect our management to be in the office every day completing reams of paperwork, but to be working alongside your teams, driving sales and standards on a daily basis.

To enable you to deliver results you will work closely with the Shop Manager, Volunteers, Area Manager, Retail HQ, and Fundraising Coordinators.


What you will need:

Ideally you will have had some experience working in the retail or charity sector to give you an initial understanding of the sector we operate in.
