My client are a high end residential developer would are looking for a Customer Care Manager to join their team to cover several Hertfordshire developmentsThe role will be office based however you will spend 95% of your working week on site dealing with customers & ensuring properties are ready for handover
Day to day duties:
- Snagging new build properties prior to handover
- Attending customers homes to discuss their defect lists
- Ensuring that any complaints are resolved in a timely manner
- Arranging key handover
- Conducting home demonstrations
- Ensuring the customer has a smooth customer journey throughout their warrant period
