As a Ralle Care Assistant, you will provide 'person centered' care to our clients in their own homes, including practical and emotional support, whilst helping them maintain their independence.

• Previous experience preferred but not essential as training is provided
• Able to treat people with dignity, empathy and compassion
• Excellent communication skills
• Wanting a rewarding career where you make a real difference

• UK drivers licence and have access to a vehicle
• Morning/lunch shifts are 7.15am to 1.30pm and afternoon/evening shifts are 3pm to 8pm
• Available to work on alternate weekends
• You may be asked to work extra shifts through the week to cover annual leave or sickness.

• Flexible Working Hours
• Minimum pay of £12.20 / hour
• Mileage Allowance of 40p / mile from home to home
