Ralle Health Limited is a dedicated, family run domiciliary care provider.
We require Flexible Part-Time and/or Full-Time Carers to join our team in Dalston and Thursby.
As a Ralle Care Assistant, you will provide 'person centered' care to our clients in their own homes, including practical and emotional support, whilst helping them maintain their independence.
- Previous experience preferred but not essential as training is provided
- Able to treat people with dignity, empathy and compassion
- Excellent communication skills

- UK drivers licence and have access to a vehicle
- Morning/lunch shifts are 7.15am to 1.30pm and afternoon/evening shifts are 3pm to 8pm
- Available to work on alternate weekends
- You may be asked to work extra shifts through the week to cover annual leave or sickness.
- Flexible Working Hours
- Minimum pay of £12.20 / hour
- Mileage Allowance of 40p / mile from home to home
