OUR CLIENT BASED IN BASILDON ESSEX IS LOOKING FOR A ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT TO JOIN THERE TEAM.
The main duties will include but are not limited to
-
Answering the telephone and dealing with customer/supplier queries:

Producing Quotations for customers:
-
Processing of sales orders:
-
Raising invoices:
-
Organising dispatches both domestic and international:
Experience in using Sage 50 would be an advantage
You should have excellent communication skills and be computer literate.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to proving excellent customer service.
Who is self - motivated and highly organised.

Working hours are 8:30 - 5pm:

Monday to Friday:

20 DAYS HOLIDAY, CHRISTMAS PERIOD OFF, AND 8 NATIONAL BANK HOLIDAYS:
Salary is £21.000 to £25.000 dependant on experience
