Description

Duties:


  • Oversee daily operations of the establishment
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
  • Manage and train staff members
  • Schedule staff members for shifts
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Experience:


  • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in catering, coffee, food production, hotel, banquet, assistant manager, and bartending is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff members
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and staff members
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types:
