WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

An individual with strong interpersonal skills is required
Being innovative, proactive and reliable, able to work alone and within a team
Sufficient experience in a similar position and strong Front Office experience is preferred
We are looking for a special person an ambassador who must have a passion for hospitality, being a role model as a leader and having a drive for sales

Improves service offering from all departments by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
Manages daytoday operations, ensuring its high quality, maintaining & exceeding standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
Assists in all areas to ensure a correct and smoothlyoperating department.
