ABOUT VERIS

We are looking for a Membership Co-ordinator to support our business, Future Food Movement, as we grow our offering and support existing products and clients and members.
The main area of support will focus on the Future Food Movement Team, a solution from Veris Strategies, which aims to scale up climate action across food and drink and means you will be at the forefront of all that we do, a critical team member in a dynamic and passionate team delivering transformative change in the food industry.
This role is an important part of helping the food and drink industry transform into a net zero food future which has a positive impact on the planet.
You will support the Head of Digital and Community Engagement and Community Project Manager, in the delivery and support of upskilling programmes, onboarding and contentment of business members who come to the movement for climate upskilling and support team in the process of enquiries through to new members.
The role will also involve ad-hoc support and the opportunity to get involved in company wide initiatives in this fast-paced consultancy.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who can show agility, adaptability, and a willingness to get involved in this client facing role.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Support the team in hosting/organising masterclasses, upskilling courses, business memberships and events
- Organise business membership project meetings and helping the CPM to provide regular updates and progress reports to the team lead
- Coordinate Business Membership Accounts for membership set up/admin, invoicing, welcome calls, onboarding calls, booking upskilling programmes, masterclasses and elearns, communication projects, networking and championing the business members in internal meetings
- Support the management of the attendance and comms for coaches and students for Programmes and Masterclasses, facilitating zoom and supporting the CPM to ensure content is supplied on time throughout the process
- Support the CPM in assessing the progress of business members
- Update new business enquiries using Hubspot and cMap
- Support the CPM in completing projects on time, within budget, quality, and scope as directed
- Support the organisation of upskilling content ensuring all coaches and members have the correct information and follow up communication
- Support on FFM memberships and ally onboarding
- Support on the onboarding process for digital learning
- Provide admin and coordination support to the team as required
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- An experienced Admin / support person ideally with 5yrs+ in a similar environment; consultancy, agency or membership model experience desirable
- Demonstrable administrative, planning and organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to juggle multiple platforms, deadlines and priorities
- Confident in prioritising conflicting or challenging objectives to meet objectives
- A people person, both proactive and collaborative, with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Energy, confidence, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills including experience of successfully harnessing client/partner/supplier relationships
- Strong tech/IT skills including Microsoft, Google, Canva, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Zoom, Outlook and other platforms and a willingness to learn

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
