We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team.

As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Duties:


  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all staff members

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a housekeeping management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, and equipment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
