A successful, market-leading client of ours is looking to appoint a Marketing Exec to join their Marketing function in St.

Albans.

The role is varied, encompassing on and off-line aspects as well as hands on design of various marketing collateral includingPOS displays, on and off-line brochures, specific product marketing campaigns and more.

You would also be involved in the digital and social strategies, helping shape the businesses public and professional profiles.


The Client:

A well-established yet growing market leader, they are one of the most well-known businesses in their sector and have a long-term plan for continued growth.

They operate predominantly as a B2B supplier but are looking to developtheir B2C offering, creating some exciting opportunities for growth in this role


The business has a collaborative feel to it; they try to create a welcoming atmosphere for the team, and look for people who would work well in this environment.

The office is based in St Albans, but you would ideally be a driver, with access to your ownvehicle as there will be infrequent travel involved.


Job Scope:

To positively influence the overall marketing of the business and its products predominantly in B2B but with some B2C scope also.

Developing innovative marketing and social media strategies across a number of diverse platformsand outlets, with the ultimate aim of engaging new customers to aid the continued growth of the business.


You would liaise closely with Sales to increase both product and brand awareness, influencing current and future product marketing designs as well as representing the business at trade exhibitions.

You would also monitor competitor activity and report on the success of internal marketing campaigns and ROI.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive marketing campaigns internally and externally
  • Design and create a variety of marketing and emarketing collateral
  • Suggest improvements to the customer experience or promotional collateral
  • Upload promotional material in line with company promotions
  • Ensure web and brochure product descriptions are accurate
  • Managing a variety of analytics repots
  • Assist Sales with POS design and creation
  • Joint responsibility for the company's social media platforms
