Senior Recruitment Consultant, Industrial - Accrington area £34,000 - £38,000 p/year, Car Allowance, commission.

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to support an existing team of 3 Consultants.

This is a 360 role where you will be responsible for sales and service and also coaching and mentoring the team.

Reporting in to the Managing Director you will be looking after a client base of around 30 Industrial and Driving clients with a contingent workforce of around 90 temporary workers.


Other Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Arrange new meetings with prospective clients through business development.
  • Advise clients on the best recruitment solutions for their requirements.
  • Mentor junior members of the team.
  • Negotiate pricing with new clients.
  • Advertising jobs on job boards and social media.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Job Types:

Salary:
£34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
