Now Education are recruiting for Full-time Teaching Assistants to start immediately or from January 2023 at an outstanding Special School in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton.


About the School


Our Client provides high quality education for children and young people aged 3 to 19 with a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition.

They currently provide education for over 147 pupils.

Within this category their primary need is communication and interaction and cognition and learning but there will be pupils with additional needs relating to medical, physical or behavioural issues.


  • Working within a caring environment with safeguarding at the core of our work;
  • Ensuring our school values are embedded in all aspects of school life;
  • Being proactive, resourceful, energetic and very well organised;
  • Developing their own professional development to ensure they have up to date knowledge, skills and understanding in supporting pupils with severe/complex learning difficulties and ASC.


We are seeking Teaching Assistants who are confident in supporting children with various special needs including Autism and associated challenging behaviours.

Personal Care and toileting will be a requirement for many of the schools pupils so we are also keen to hear from those with a children's care background

This role would be suited to education professionals, but also those that have worked in children's residential homes.
