_Graded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, Westwood Nursery provides 48 places for children aged 6 month to 5 years_
We are seeking to recruit a motivated individual to work as Nursery Room Leader.
You should be qualified to QTS (Early Years), NNEB or NVQ Level 3 equivalent, and thoroughly committed to offering high quality care to a group of 18 children aged 2-3 years.
This post forms part of the management team, taking a lead role monitoring and evaluating children's development across the EYFS.
You should:
- be fully committed to safeguarding children ensuring excellent care and education
- model excellent practice and demonstrate good communication skills
- be able to assist the Childcare Services Manager and Deputy Manager in the management and leadership of a diverse team
- support the development of staff and work closely with all professionals to involve parent/carers in their children's learning and well-being.
