Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is seeking to recruit 6 dedicated Support Workers to join our Low Level Support Service team working at Citizens Advice Mid Mercia (2 North East Derbyshire / 2 Chesterfield / 2 Bolsover) with the primary aim of providing short-term, targeted support (not personal care) to individuals, focusing on maintaining their independence in their own homes.


  • We are looking for individuals who:
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Can manage own time effectively with a keen eye for detail
  • Can monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate
  • Have worked in a publicfacing role
  • Are experienced in working with a diverse range of people and providing a welcoming environment for clients
  • Are in possession of a full driving licence and use of a car, or otherwise able to fulfil the travel requirements necessary
