Job Description:


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Receiving and locating of all import and export cargo
  • Produce accurate ship lists for all export cargo in a timely manner
  • Liase with other departments to ensure processes are completed in accordance with SOP's
  • Ensure all cargo is handed over to third party ship lines prior to cut off deadline
  • Promote efficient interface for the movement of cargo through the Terminal
  • Ensure accurate interface with the terminal operating system iTOMS is carried out in accordance to receiving SOP's
  • Deliver on department KPI's

Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Positive attitude to work
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Time management and prioritisation skills
