£10.90 per hour

Hours & Shift Pattern: 30 hours per week

We are now recruiting a dynamic
Host/Hostess to join our Hospitality team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents.

Along with desirable experience as a Host/Hostess, you should have excellent customer service.

And in return, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing beverage trolleys, serving beverages and snacks to residents in line with operational standards.
  • Preparation and delivery of meal trays to residents, relatives and guests.
  • Being aware of resident dietary needs by using the dietary needs chart.
  • Ensuring dining areas are clean, tidy and attractively presented.
  • Welcoming residents and serve them in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
  • Communicate customer feedback to management in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all controls and procedures are maintained to meet all hygiene legislation.
  • Maintaining the standards of cleanliness to ensure a 5star rating.
  • Covering in the kitchen when required.

this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
