Host/Hostess Salary**:
£10.90 per hour

Location:
Baycroft, Flitwick

Hours & Shift Pattern: 30 hours per week

We are now recruiting a dynamic
Host/Hostess to join our Hospitality team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents.

Along with desirable experience as a Host/Hostess, you should have excellent customer service.

And in return, you will be responsible for:

Preparing beverage trolleys, serving beverages and snacks to residents in line with operational standards.
Preparation and delivery of meal trays to residents, relatives and guests.
Being aware of resident dietary needs by using the dietary needs chart.
Ensuring dining areas are clean, tidy and attractively presented.
Welcoming residents and serve them in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
Communicate customer feedback to management in a timely manner.
Ensuring all controls and procedures are maintained to meet all hygiene legislation.
Maintaining the standards of cleanliness to ensure a 5star rating.
Covering in the kitchen when required.

this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
