    Job Title: Behaviour Intervention Teacher

    Are you a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Intervention Teacher seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a Primary school in Kings Norton? This role offers the chance to focus on tailored behavioural interventions while supporting the school's commitment to inclusive education.

    This is a long-term, full-time position for a Behaviour Intervention Teacher who can provide expert guidance and support to students with complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behaviour plans that promote positive learning outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement tailored behavioural interventions for students with complex needs
    • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized behaviour plans
    • Provide expert guidance and support to students, teachers, and parents
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour plans and make recommendations for improvement

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Behaviour Intervention Teacher or equivalent experience
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective behavioural interventions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team

    Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
